Web design in Jacksonville, remote on purpose
We are not going to pretend there is a Jacksonville office. The studio is in Gainesville, about two hours down the road, and everything we have shipped in Jacksonville got built over shared links, recorded walkthroughs, and a staging site the client could open at midnight. That is the honest version, and so far it has not cost anybody anything.
We have already built here
Fore Motion Golf, one of the builds in the gallery on our home page, is indoor golf in Jacksonville: always 70 degrees, always sunny, whatever August is doing outside. Their launch site had one job before the doors opened, which was to turn interest into a founding-membership waitlist, so the whole thing is built around that capture. It runs dark and moody because the room does, and it ships with an AI Robo Caddie visitors can actually talk to.
It is a fair example of what remote looks like when it works. What the project needed was somebody who understood a membership launch, not somebody who could park in the same lot.
Fore Motion is not alone here either. Southern Legacy Contractors and Synovial Marketing are both Jacksonville businesses running on K & A builds, and PB&J Strategic Accounting is just down the road in Fleming Island. All of it in the gallery on the home page, all of it built remote from Gainesville.
Nicole is Jacksonville
The artist we commission for brand identity and merchandise design lives and works here, and her portfolio makes it obvious. Jax Beach Softball, the Jax Beach Thunder All Stars, team identity and challenge coins and apparel for organisations across the First Coast. If a project needs a mark that has to survive being embroidered on a jersey, struck into metal, or carried around a tournament all weekend, that is a different discipline from picking a typeface, and it is hers.
She is commissioned and art directed through us, so a Jacksonville client who needs both a site and a mark gets one point of contact for the pair. Her work is on Nicole's page.
How remote actually runs
There is a version of remote that means slow email and a surprise at the end. This is not that. You get a live staging URL early, so you are never approving a picture of a website, and feedback happens on the real thing on your own phone. Walkthroughs get recorded and sent, which you can watch at 6am instead of holding a meeting that a link would have covered. Questions get a reply within 24 hours.
And the drive is two hours, not two time zones. For a kickoff worth doing in a room, we will make it. Remote is also exactly how the 90-Day AI Launch runs: weekly video sessions that end with AI doing a real job inside your business.
Fleming Island, Orange Park, St. Augustine
Jacksonville is several markets wearing one name, and the searches do not behave the same way in each of them. A Fleming Island or Orange Park business is usually competing for the people who already live nearby and want a reason to stop driving north. St. Augustine is full of visitors searching on a phone while standing in the street, which is a different page with a different first screen. We write them as separate briefs rather than swapping a town name into the same paragraph, because the person doing the searching wants a different thing in each one.
Worth saying plainly: Jacksonville is a bigger, harder market than our home one, and on-page work alone will not carry you to the top of it. Reviews and real local links matter more here than anywhere else we work, and we will tell you that before you hire us rather than after.
