Training content Meet the team

The people who actually build it

Every project runs under a written agreement, with a named lead and a single point of contact from the first call to final delivery. Two owners you deal with directly, a bench with roughly sixty years of combined experience behind them, and the experts who check the field details before anything ships. Select anyone to read their bio.

What the bench covers

Four kinds of work, each carried by someone who does it first, so a project never waits on a single specialty.

Curriculum architecture and assessment design

Visual design and illustrated learning

Interactive and scenario-based learning

Technical and compliance training

Talk to the person who will actually run your project

No account manager relaying to a contractor you never meet. Tell us what you need built, and see the samples first if you want proof before you ask.

Managing member, design and development

Alex Anderson

Lead Learning Experience Designer

Alex does the design and the development, so whoever storyboards your module is the one who builds it. He leads every training engagement personally, brings prior years of building training for the construction and skilled trades, and is pursuing IAAP CPACC certification in accessibility.

Strategy and content

Kristina Anderson

Lead Curriculum Specialist

Kristina runs strategy and content. In practice she is the one asking why a module exists at all and what it is supposed to make somebody do once they have taken it, which is the question most training never gets asked.

Instructional designer

Bobbie Connor

Illustration and visual learning

Bobbie draws for a living, and it shows: hand-lettered logotypes, character work, and full picture books, all built line by line rather than assembled from parts. On the bench she carries the illustrated and visual side of a course, the scenes and characters a scenario is built around.

Instructional designer

Jon Marc Ostrom

Graphic design and visual identity

Jon Marc designs logotypes, campaign art, and full identity systems that scale from a single mark to a whole season of screens. On the bench he is the reason a course looks like the client it was built for rather than like an authoring tool.

Instructional designer

Nicole Cruz

Brand identity and print-ready design

Nicole designs identities for teams, events, and small businesses, work built to survive being worn, handed out, and kept. On the bench she carries job aids and reference pieces, the parts of a course that have to hold up on a wall or in a pocket.
